Having provided a staggering 24.31% APR (Estimated Moving Average of pools' returns), LLP yield is derived from:

* Protocol-run market-making
* Liquidation fees

### Risks

It’s important to note that this is not a delta-neutral product!

While daily returns have been predominantly positive, depositors may experience losses during extreme liquidation events. This occurs when accounts go underwater faster than they can be profitably liquidated.

The maximum drawdown experienced by LLP has been 8.94%.
