# Distributors

Distributors integrate Neutral Trade's yield-generating vaults directly into their own products, offering their users access to institutional-grade returns without building the infrastructure themselves.

**Revenue Model for Distributors**

**How the fee share is settled on-chain**

The fee share is handled natively by the vault program through its referral ("builder code") system, so attribution and payouts are transparent and verifiable on-chain:

* Deposits you bring are attributed to your partner account on-chain via your referral code.
* You earn an agreed share of the **performance and management fees** generated by those deposits. That share is carved out of the vault manager's fee take — it **does not increase the fees your users pay**.
* Rates are configured per partner agreement and can be tuned per vault, subject to eligibility criteria.
* Your accrued share accumulates on-chain as vault shares and is claimed through an on-chain request-and-withdraw flow, using the same redemption mechanics as a standard withdrawal.

Because the whole flow lives in the vault program, your earned share is auditable at any time against the program [IDL](/for-distribution-partners/api-and-sdk-and-idl.md).
