# Neutral VIP Program

Management-fee discounts on Neutral Autopilot across Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers. Live from 1 September 2026.

The production VIP Program currently applies to [Neutral Autopilot](/for-capital-allocators/neutral-autopilot.md) (vault 76). It discounts that vault's management fee across three tiers. It does not currently apply to the other Neutral Strategy Vaults.

Commission is not discounted and continues to be charged only on profits above your High Water Mark. VIP eligibility and discounts are wallet-specific.

Every wallet qualifies through **NT Points** or through the **balance it holds in Autopilot,** whichever gets you further.

## Tiers

The effective rates above apply the tier discount to Autopilot's standard 1% annual management fee:

If the Autopilot position is also attributed to a builder, the [Builders Code Rebate](/for-distribution-partners/neutral-builders-code.md) is calculated from the management fee actually charged **after** the VIP discount. Builder attribution does not increase the user's fee.

## How qualification is calculated

For each tier, a wallet can qualify through either of two independent paths:

* **NT Points path:** meet the tier's total NT Points threshold **and** hold at least $10,000 in Autopilot.
* **Direct balance path:** hold the tier's full Autopilot balance threshold. No points are required.

The two paths are alternatives, so a wallet does not have to satisfy both. Thresholds are inclusive, and the highest fully satisfied tier applies.

**The points path** uses your total NT Points across all seasons, and requires a minimum balance of **$10K in Neutral Autopilot** to activate at any tier.

Only the balance held in Autopilot counts toward these balance requirements. Deposits in other Neutral Strategy Vaults are not pooled into the VIP calculation.

## Claiming your tier

Discounts are **not applied automatically**. Reaching a threshold makes you eligible; you still have to claim.

1. Press **Claim VIP** in the app.
2. Sign a transaction to confirm the claim.
3. Your discount is applied **within two business days** of a valid claim.

## Maintaining your tier

Your tier is a **maintenance requirement**, not a one-time award. Your qualifying points or Autopilot balance must stay at or above your tier's threshold.

If your qualifying level falls below the threshold for **more than 30 days**, your tier is **automatically downgraded** to the tier your current level supports, or removed if you no longer qualify for any tier.
